Juzar,

Must have access to CustomerSource to read it

Get Secure! - www.microsoft.com/security

You must be using Outlook Express or some other type of newsgroup reader
to see and download the file attachment. If you are not using a reader,
follow the link below to setup Outlook Express. Click on "Open with
newsreader"
under the MS Retail Management System on the right.

1) Store Operations Administrator, F1 (Help), search for EDC
2) Store Operations Manager, F1 (Help), search for EDC

Follow instructions from both help files. The steps are:
1) Setup EDC in Administrator
2) Setup Tender Types for credit cards in Manager
3) Start POS, test a transaction for $1, refund that transaction.
4) Go back to Manager and test Settle EDC under Utilities.

You're done.

I am Still unable to setup credit card.
I have Vital network with chase payment processor.
1)I went to edc setup. admin. Here, there is no option to select "built-in
software"
2)I only see like Pccharge, icverify etc. I do not have any of these programs.
3)So What do I do from here? Please help!

The help does not mention how to setup without third party software.
