In retail you may need to liquidate an item or product line so you discount
it in increments until it sells out. Need some way in RMS to have continuing
concurrent sales in place. Start sale at 20% May 1 - May 15, then May 16-31
25%, then June 1-15 30%, June 16-30 35%, etc.
The only way to do this now is to wait for one sale to end - then get into
the RMS and create a new sale. This should be in place BEFORE the previous
sale ends.
