As you stated regarding SP12 that You will experience the following issues
after you install Windows Vista SP1:

" You are unable to process Headquarters worksheets.
You are unable to create a supplier with associated items.
You are unable to create associations with Matrix, Lot Matrix, and Assembly
items.
The application may crash when you try to create Lot Matrix items.
The application may crash when you try to create a customer who has one or
more shipping addresses.
You are unable to add a quantity discount to an item.

As soon as we have additional information available it will be posted."

Please Note that beside above issues I am face some other issue which I
already discuse with you on phone the following

I am unable to process Matrix Physical Inventory .
I am unable to create a Purchsse order when I want to add matrix items.
Also unable to create Or setfilter items in Inventory wizerd.

Another important issue which is relatted to QuickBooks 2008, when i
installed the SP1 On vista , Iwas able to configure & retrieve compny file
to Post Closed Batches but when I uninstall the SP1 QuickBooks Stop work.
please resolve this issue too.
Thanks
