Redeeming vouchers at any store in a multi-store operation

RMS should allow users to create vouchers in Headquarters Manager and allow
those vouchers to be sold and redeemed in any of the stores. Currently it
doesn't allow it. The vouchers have to be created, sold and redeemed in the
stores.

One way some customers handle this with multiple stores is to create a
global customer account with the gift card number and post a credit to
their account. At all stores they can then recall the customer using
the gift card number and debit the sale to their account.

Their are also a few gift card services that integrate with RMS. One
that we have found works great is Valutec:
