A register's hard disk was corrupted. There was a data upload taking place
every night. I am tempted to just reinstall RMS on a new register and deploy
a new database. Is there any information that is stored locally or is all the
data including receipts uploaded to the server?

Are you talking about replacing a register at a Store, or rebuilding a Store
from HQ?
