When a gift certificate is redeemed, we use a payment method we created titled "Gift Certificate." Now I want to know what the total gift certificate redemptions we paid out in 2007. How do I search for the total amount tendered by each payment method (i.e., cash, VISA, MasterCard, and gift certificate) for a given date range? M Kalmus Posted by convoluted on March 28, 2008, 5:17 pm Please log in for more thread options I think you have posted before that you have MS POS, not RMS, but if you have since switched to RMS you can go to Store Ops Manager - Reports - Miscellaneous - Tender Summary.....will show you by register tenders accepted, this report can be filtered for specific time periods.
