Reports for previous year(s)

Please log in for more thread options

Reports>Sales>Summary Sales>Category or Department does not give a time
period option for anything in the previous year or earlier. Is there a way
to retrieve that data?

HI they are using temporoary table to generated this report. I think only MS
help you else you can develop report in crystal and integrate with RMS.
Table name: #ListDailySalesByDepartment

I guess I could rate the response if I could understand it.
1)How could MS help?
2)I do not have Crystal Reports, except for the four that seem to be
included in RMS under Reports>Crystal Reports'.
3)How is it that other report formats have a selection for 'last year' or
for custom dates, but this one doesn't? What's the dif ference

Dear PRJ,
1-2 regarding your first question I would say that you should get the CD of
Crystal report as a developer tool from MS. well check with your partner and
it won't cost too much.
3. If you exactly tell me the what reports you are talking about then I can
help you in better way see I haven't gone through all reports and now will
see which one will be the best to map your bussiness and let you know shortly.
