I am trying to run the Top Sales Rep Report in HQ and in SO Manager. The
problem is they are not returning the same data for each store.

The HQ report is also missing some of the Sales Reps. The SO Manager report
gives the correct data and all the sales reps.

Also, the numbers are off. For instance, Store 1 in SO Manager might show
that Rep. A sold $5200 and Store 1 in HQ might show that he only sold $4800.

Anyone having any other trouble like this?

Please help, my financial person is on my ass!!!

Nick

1) Check Daily Sales of that particular "Sales Rep" in SO Manager and HQ
Manager, in some way the sales data was not updated in HQ Manager.
2) If you found the missing dates that have problem, you can make a "Request
Data Upload" worksheet a day before that missing sales date.

It might help

Hi there,

My company, Professional Advantages has Analysis Cubes for RMS. This
product is designed to help retailers manage their business by delivering
analytical reporting on business performance. Easily identify trends, buying
patterns, seasonality, and other key performance indicators for your

Any field that is populated in RMS can be reported on in Retail Analytics.
We also offer demonstrations of Retail Analytics to RMS clients, on their
data at no cost!!!!. If this is something that you would be interested in or
if you have any questions, please let me know.
