Reports printing thumbnail on first page

How can I stop it from printing the thumbnail first. Changing printer settings doesn't seem to make a difference. Not fixed yet... It used to happen all the time to me on both HP and Canon printers. But since I switched to Lexmark a couple of months ago it hasn't happened. Craig > Sorry - I would like to recant.
