Hi all

I am facing a problem in ‘Inventory Transfer In’ receive module. When I am
trying to the commit in Inventory Transfer In ->receive module->, ‘run time
error 380 Invalid Property Value’ message came and then program crashing.
This message came some times only, I am trying two three times it is working
fine and the stock came correctly .If any one have any idea about this
problem , please send me the reply.

Thanks In advance

While its mentioned for a PO, if you are running version 1.2.0179 or less,
you need to update. Help | About

If on the MS support plan, you should have received the 1.3 update disks
last Dec.

Hi Jeff

Thanks for your reply. We are using the Version 1.2.0151. How can I get the
new updates, is it payable or free. If it is free could you please send the
link also.If I update from 1.2 to 1.3 , I need to change both HQ and Store

Deepu,

You must be on a Maintenance program with MS to receive updates. The cost
is 18% per year of the retail price of the software when you purchased it.

To purchase the Maintenance contract, either contact your reseller, a
Certified RMS reseller or MS directly at 888-477-7877 for US and Canada.
Here's a link for more info on the Maintenance Plans
