Run time Error RMS 1.3

I had upgraded since 1 month before from RMS 1.2 to 1.3 with the following
configuration

Windows 2003 (SP1)
SQL server 2000(SP4)
RMS 1.3

This configuration is same on both side RMS (SO and HQ) and

I am facing system hanging problem in both side (SO and HQ). Some time in HQ
run time error windows comes and it quit for the application by closing whole
application and some time during purchase order printing it hanged up.

In SO we are facing this problem on daily basis. During sales transaction
EPOS hang up with runtime error and hang up and we always found some sales
transaction missing.

Today I have faced a run time error on EPOS during sale “Invalid procedure
call and argument” with a big window showing procedure coding. We got sale
slip but that sale is not showing in the system.

Some one having idea what I am missing in upgrading the RMS system and how
to get rid of this problem.

Naveed,

I doubt you are going to fix this here. I would suggest you call your local
reseller for help. Just way too many variables.

You must be using Outlook Express or some other type of newsgroup reader to

is Miscrosoft release any service pack or hot fix of release 1.3.

Yeah, about 5, but I doubt any of those are related to your issue;

Then they released 1.3R, you should be receiving that in the mail any day
now if on Maintenance and there's been a couple of hot fixes to it so far.

After reading about the hotfixes, start searching Support for your error
messages.

Currently we are using 1.30203

What 1.3R shows its version after intallation
