 When closing a committed PO, I sometimes get a :Run time Error 380" and the
Mamager Program closes. Any ideas? Am I doing something wrong or out of
sequence?

 This is a known issue that was fixed in service pack 3. You need to install
Service Pack 3 on all of your lanes.
