Run time error 91

At the end of a transaction we will get a message 'run time error 91 - object variable or with block variable not set' - the program freezes and we have to exit and log back into POS. The transaction posts okay so we don't lose any data but it is annoying. We have tried to find the logic thread - ie time of day, customer, product, terminal - but there seems to be no common theme. We are running SO and HQ version 2.0.2.0115.
