Please log in for more thread options What I'm saying is that nobody should have to pay for it. If they put out
crap software, we shouldn't have to pay for a fix!
I see a maintenance plan as paying for solutions to business problems and
software upgrades - not fixes to problems and bugs that shouldn't have
existed in the first place...
