Actually, I have a single vga card. The PC-to-TV converter splits signals
into two. One for PC monitor, the other for TV or any RCA (composite)
compatible video device.
If you have dualhead vga card, just take the secondary VGA and use a
converter that changes VGA to RCA (composite).
