Please log in for more thread options Some registers will ask for the original RMS install disk when applying hot
fixes and service packs. I've never figured out exactly what conditions
require it - it seems to happen randomly even on registers that I would
swear were identically configured. Anyway, SP3 is distributed as a single
Executable file - just copy it from the CD to the Local Drive and run the
executable form there - after it's applied, you can delete the executable
package. Yes, you can run the SP3 installer from a CD, you'll just have to
swap disks if you hit a register that wants the Store Ops Install CD...
