Has anyone else noticed that any person (employee) has the ability to change
the sales rep of a layaway? For example, if Rep A has a sale, but it's put on
layaway (all our furniture sales are put on layaway until it is paid for and
delivered) Rep B can just bring up the layaway at a later time and change the
Rep on the right side of the transaction to Rep B. This, without a fix, could
possibly make the whole commission part of RMS useless.
