Customers want to know why they cannot save credit card information for a
work order. This is crucial when they are processing mail orders. They need
to have a method for retreiving it if the number was entered incorrectly or
if they make a mistake during the transaction and need to re-enter the
number.

Look at the add-on from New West Technologies called Card Vault. There is a
limited, free version and a $250 enhanced version.
