Second Printer will not print

Hello, we have RMS setup with a epson receeipt printer and a canon laser
printer, someone over the weekend turned off the network share on the
computer which is the cash register POS, i enabled network share again but a
secondardy invoice that we keep as a copy for us does not printer out, both
copies come out of the epson recepit printer

anyone have any suggestions?

Check printer 2 configuration and see where its pointing to and that it has
the right format
