In the registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftRetail Management SystemStore
OperationsServerDatabase
"Data Source" is the database server name
"Initial Catalog" is database name.
Actually the data is stored in encrypted format, but you can overwrite it
with the plain text. When you start and close POS, data is encrypted again.
I made scripts that overwrite these values to start POS in different
databases.
