If a customer calls and asks if their order has shipped, you have to go to
the customer record first and then to the shipping table in POS and find the
shipment record by the transaction number in order to track the package.

There should be a method to view shipping records for a particular customer
directly from their customer record. This is more important because in the
POS sorting the shipment records by customer name does not work.
