Please log in for more thread options Long story short, I'm not, I am the head an IT dept for a franchise and even
though our stores are supposed to go through our vendor for support, the turn
around time can be quite painful. I'm very happy with the techs working for
our vendor, but I believe they are very short staffed so I do my part to ease
help ease the load when I can.
