Statement filter date Receipt does no 07-08-2008

 I am printing statement with a filter date of 6-2-08 to 7-1-08 but the
entries before 6-2-08 are still coming up in the statement. Can anyone please
help me make the filter date work? It is showing all transactions from the
date we started using the RMS. Thank you.

Have you clicked the "Add" button after changing the entry? The filter
will not be active unless you do this.

Hi Wesley,

I am talking about the Journal-Close billing cycle. There is no "Add" button
there. There are only period entry for opening date and closing date. After
that, you only have the generate button at the bottom. The filter date does
not work. It prints everything from the very start. Pls help! Thanks!
