A listing of "suggestions with Microsoft response" reveals that the most
recent listing is dated 5/10/07. This is what Microsoft calls supporting the
user community? Why should I pay $230.00/year for a support contract?

We currently pay £938 (in the UK) per year for the support and update
services. Is this incorrect??

We let our Maintenance Plan lapse last Summer.. It hasn't been worth it.
