Summary Sales (Daily) Report

Is there a way to filter the summary sales reports by a specific date? I
can't get it to allow me to enter a date. It always just generates for the
day that I am running it from. I either get the error "The filter value must
be a numeric value" when attempting to type out the date, or if I enter in a
numeric format such as "120307" I get a blank report.

hi Karrie,
There is already date filter criteria. what you need to do is that when you
run the report it comes with default date as todays. Now from the field list
select the "Date Sold" then in From Date and To Date enter your date and
click on the Change button and then hit the okay button. once work rate this.

Hi Akber,

The problem is that the Daily Sales reports don't have a "Date Sold" filter.
They only have Month To Date, Today, Week To Date, Year To Date, and the
filter for the specific report (i.e. Supplier, Cashier etc.). What I was
wondering is if there is a way to enter a date for "Today."

hi Karrie, what columns you want for your data, and what filtes you want
actually I have couple of reports done for many other users and may I send
you all these for your benefits.

Hi Akber. If it's not possible to select a date I can add the "Date Sold"
column. That's not a problem. I was just hoping there was a way to use the
existing filters so I wouldn't have to add a column to all those reports.
