Suppressing "This Item Not on Purchase Order" and Lookup window Ryan V 01-03-2007

My problem is this. I'm using an LT54 TriCoder to scan incoming purchase
orders for receiving. The TriCoder saves the barcodes to memory and then,
when I hit UPLOAD, uploads the data through a Y cable that attaches to the
keyboard PS2 slot. Unfortunately, if an item that isn't on the PO is scanned,
when the TriCoder uploads, the window that asks if I want to add this item to
the purchase order pops up and then screws up the whole uploading process. A
similar thing happens if an item that isn't in the database is scanned,
except that instead of the popup window appearing, the Lookup window appears,
and the first item within it is added to the PO with a ridiculous quantity.
From there, the whole receiving process is thrown off.

Does anyone know how I can get around this? Are there options in RMS to
disable the pop-up "add item to PO" or Lookup windows?
