Sync problem-Sale missing in Offline mode

We are using RMS 1.3.0203

After system has gone into offline mode and came back to online after some
transactions but it did not synchronize offline data to Primary Database. I
also checked it form SO Manger to close the Blind close batch there was no
data in the primary database from the offline transactions. Due to this
reason system showing Access amount

Can we recover the offline transactions if for whatever reason they do not
sync into the primary database.

hi Naveed, I am not sure you know how to offline data but let me tell you.
first setup the offline database and once it is done then run z-report so it
will sync the data with offline database. now suppose server is off you have
to turn off the POS program and re-run it so next time it will run in offline
mode. then suppose server get one then you have to again turn off the POS
program and re-log in so it will sync the data with online data. this is how
it works. in offline mode it won't allow you any z operation.

Akber, I know well about offline working and synchronization of data.
But some time I have faced problem to get offline data in primary server.
When primery database server comes online and we turn off the POS program
and re-run to back it online, it must do sync but some time it fail to sync
without nay error and amount never tele with system report by showing access
amount.

have any way to update that ofline sale transactions to primary Database?

or some one knows about reason of this problem.
