Transaction complete screen

Is there a way to automatically close the window that pops up when a
transaction is complete? If an item is scanned while that window is up, it
will not add to the transaction screen. This results in the potential for
that item to not be recoreded as sold. Basically giving away the item..

Yes you can...go into manager and I think off the top of my head it's in the
configerations screen. Oh you need to have the latest version downloaded,
and for that you need to search the MS site...I heard it was moved, have not
had a chance to check on it yet, and you must be a partner to download the
latest version. Best of luck.

Do you mean SP3? I have it but haven't installed it yet. I'll look at it

I just posted for the exact problem but now I can't find my post. I have the
same problem where when the first item is scanned then it doesn't register
because the change pop up screen is there. I followed the instructions here
but it doesn't work property because now the change screen pop ups and goes
away very quickly so I can't see how much is the change. Most retailer's
program allows them to see the change and the window closes when they close
the cash register. Any ideas?
