 Hello,

On clicking on Install Store Operations, I am getting the following error
message:

"1155: File D:SOinstmsi30.exe not found" Does anyone know what this means?

 It appears the computer is having a hard time reading the installation CD.
Try cleaning it and try again - if it fails, use a different computer to copy
the installation CD onto say a USB flash drive (or a networked hard drive)
then try the installation again but using the usb drive - if that fails
contact MS for a replacement installation CD - I think RMS users are entitled
to a free one, and additional CDs are chargeable - hope this helps.........

Ed, have you found a fix for this? I'm having the same issue and have tried
the solution below with no success. I'm currently waiting on Microsoft to
get back to me. Thanks.

It may be easier to get your partner to send you a demo CD, (same Software
just key is different)

Install Windows Installer 3.0 or higher and try again..
