Please log in for more thread options I've discovered that StoreOps and HQ don't play well when you have them on
the same box. The HQ Server and HQ Client tend to butt heads.
I would recommend getting another workstation for your Store Operations
system. It doesn't need to be a particulary hefty system, either, just enough
to support an operating system and the RMS software. You can even keep the
StoreOps database on your HQ box (that's what we do; RMS doesn't care about
that).
If your client doesn't want to spring for the hardware, you could setup a
virtual machine on your HQ box.
