Does the System use the HQ voucher balance or the SO voucher balance. We
have stores close to each other and we don't want the card being used at 2
locations before the balance gets updated. Any suggestions??

Good morning Barry,

Thank you for posting your voucher question.

Vouchers are only valid at the store they were purchased at unless you are
using a 3rd party product to allow for the use of global vouchers.

Please let me know if this answers your question.
