Voucher as percent of transaction

Can vouchers have a value of percent of a transaction? We would like to
create some coupons that will be 10%, 20% but when under vouchers do not have
the ability to assign a 10% off value. Is there a different way of doing
this? We could have the cashier apply the discount at the POS but vouchers
would allow for scanning a barcode for the vouchers.

Any assistance is appreciated, thx.

I am not sure that you could do that with a voucher, as such, as a voucher is
an item that you can sell at a specific price that allows the purchaser that
much credit.

You could maybe make the cards correspond to a "Customer" and in the
settings for that customer you can specify whether the customer gets a
discount or not. Eg you could have a 10% customer, 15% customer, etc...
