Please log in for more thread options I agree with Jeff. Gift Certificates are set up as Vouchers, so essentially
they are the same thing. I have no idea how you would set up a gift
certificate in RMS if you didn't set it up as a voucher. Some places call
them certificates, some call them cards, but they are both handled the same
way.
