Way to combine same scanned items in POS and Manager POs?

Hi, is there a way in POS and/or Manager purchase orders to have the quantity
of an item incremented when the same item is scanned multiple times instead
of putting singles of the same item on receipts and POs multiple times?

Skyler, no it is not possible to consolidate mutiple scans of the scam item
on the screen or receipt. There may be an add-in that will handle this, but
RMS out of the box will not do this.
