If you want to use a label designer label, use the windows drivers.
If you want to use text/generic, switch to the Serial interface and use
the text based label ELTRON.LBL. To edit the label format, download the
EPL2 programmers guide from Zebra's web site.
The EPL language plus the Generic/Text driver gives you more control of
the format, but you pretty much have to be a programmer to use it.
The label designer plus Windows drivers gives you a graphical UI that
can be used to design a simple label that is fine for most applications.
The Windows driver also supports the USB interface - I believe
Generic/Text needs to be either serial or parallel.
