How can adjust my scale to -0.02, it a metrologic scale. Isee lot of daily
product such as cold cuts, cole salad etc. is there any way I can adjust to
-0.02 on Microsoft RMS. Does anybody know.

As far as i know it is illegal to tweak the scale's calibration. What i
understand of your problem is that you are selling item in a container, if
this is the case you should adjust the Tare weight on the Items properties on
SO Manager in the Special tab, the Tare Weight will be deducted of the final
weight when the weighted item is sold on the POS.

The sale needs to be at zero when nothing is on it. In RMS you can set the
tare for the container or package used for each item.
