Please log in for more thread options Thanks for the information - I installed hotfix KB921574 so we're now on
1.3.1007
Now when I close the billing cycle instead of getting the error on every
single account, I got it on six or seven of the accounts among the 7,000 or
so that were processed. I guess that's progress :) At any rate I notified
Microsoft of the issue again, and hopefully this will get resolved quickly
