Can I access store operation manager if it is installed on my back computer
without taking over the computer?

I have Logmein access but if I use that then I can be ringing up a customer
why I am receiving inventory.

What I want to be able to do is receive inventory and create purchase orders
at the same time of ringing up customers.

I have RMS1.2. Windows XP Professional.

Can I do this?

Are you trying to do this from a system on the local network, or by
logging in from a remote location?

You can install RMS on as many systems as you like to use Manager - the
only thing that counts against your lane license is POS.

Lisa,

Only with a hack to XP. Here's a link;
http://sig9.com/articles/concurrent-remote-desktop?page=3D3

You can use XP's Remote Desktop, running as a different user, without =
affecting the others.

But do you have to use the computer in the back? Why not open a Manager =
task at the POS station and toggle back and forth between POS and =
Manager
