Can anyone help me by letting me know what the numbers mean in the status
field of the hq batch table? I see 23, 7 and 2. 23 seems to be closed
batches, not sure about 7, and 2 seems to be open batches. Long story short,
I have one of my 5 locations that has been unable to process a 401 worksheet
w/ the hq server for several weeks now. After trying literally everything I
have found in this forum as well as spending an obnoxious amount of time w/
ms support I have realized that the last batches that were uploaded to hq do
not reflect a closing time in the hq batch table even though the journal w/
the z-report for that batch is visible in hq. I am wondering if all I need
to do is drop in the closing time into the batch table in hq and set the
status field flag properly in hq if that will fix my issue. Any help would be
appreciated.

I have the following description, these are for ver 1.3, maybe compatible
for 2.0 too (maybe there are more - I don't have "23"):
0-Open
1-Closed from POS without opening and closing amounts
2-After entering opening amount only
3-Closed with opening amount only
4-After entering closing amount only
5-Closed with closing amount only
6-Opening and closing amounts entered
7-Closed at POS after opening and closing amounts entered
8-Blind Closeout without entering opening and closing amounts
10-Blind Closeout with opening amount only
11-Closing batch after blind closeout with opening amount only
12-Blind closed with only closing amount
14-Blind Closed with opening and closing amounts entered
15-Closed from manager
