First thing to try is to make sure in store ops administrator that you can
connect to the local offline database. Open store ops admin File
Configuration Offline Tab Test Database Connection. You shoudl get a
connected succesfully. If not then there is a setup problem with your
offline DB.
If you connect succesfully then try the following. Turn off the Windows
Firewall on the POS machine, reboot the POS, then try and run your Zreport
and sync the offline database.
