The icon color of placed-but-unreceived (aka Open) P.O.s should be different
than unplaced (open) ones. There should be different icons for every possible
PO status:

created, unplaced
placed, unreceived
partial received, open
partial received, closed
fully received, closed

Please use colors as well as icon look to help differentiate status.

Also allow visual dividers to be created to sort open, placed, RCVD and
closed P.O.s.
