hello. hope i can get some help
how can i run a report that gives full cust history
detail sales and payments with payment type

First try all the available filters but more than likely Custom reporting
outside of the inherent available reports can be done by resellers and
solution centers. You will just have to find one if you really need this
report.
If none respond to your request here contact me and I should be able to
point you in the right direction if I cant help you.

Retail Analtyics from Professional ADvantage will allow you to easily create
the report you are looking for. If you enter it in RMS you can report on it
in Retail Analytics. If you would like to take a quick look at the
