My customer would like to be able to see tender type along with the check
number beside check tendered transactions on the detailed sales report.
If not allowed here, possibly on the tender types report but they would need
to be able to see the transaction number and at least customer account number
displayed alongside.

Because RMS allows multiple tenders per transaction, the Detailed sales
report can't include the tender as it would result in multiple records
for the same transaction. Also, since Detailed Sales is really a
Transaction Entry report, you get multiple entries per line item per
transaction. This would result in really odd looking reports that have
inflated sales totals.

Yes, you could create a custom report that includes the tender entries
and transaction number, but it should be named something other than
"Sales Report" so that the customer understands that it does not really
reflect sales... It would be easy to add transaction number and
customer account to the Tender Summary report.
