how do I match the Edc Batch time to match my local time

how do I match the Edc Batch time to match my local time, On my sales receipt
let say it shows 7pm but when I go to settle my batch the same transaction is
3 hours ahead of my time <
I have mercury btw

Where are you running SO Manager to settle the batch? From the
Register, database server or another workstation?

Where is the database hosted? Register, Server, other workstation?

It sounds like you have at least two systems and they have been set up
in different timezones... Most likely that the system hosting the
database is the one that's out of sync.
