how do I print ALL the receipts from a day?

Hi there, does anyone know how you print ALL the receipts from day? so far
the only way to get a copy of every receipt from the day is to go to journal
and individually print off each receipt, very time consuming if youve had 50+
sales!

Is there a way around this? Or do we really have to print each one
individually?

Hi,

Press f5 and print X report and if u want to close the batch take the Z report

Press F5 and select X report and if u want to close the batch take the Z

I think the question should be WHY would you want to print off each
individual receipt for the entire day?

This may do what you want, setup your receipt to print 2 copies when
originally printing the receipt and place the second copy in the till.

The reason we need to do this is sometimes when goods are retuned to our shop
a customer does not have the receipt, but may know what day she shopped by
looking up a credit card receipt at home. Because our store doesnt credit (we
dont refund) without the receipt, occasionally we will look up their receipt
if they can tell us the day they shopped. If there are 100 sales on that day
one of our assistants cannot spend ages staring at a computer looking at all
the receipts throught the journal for that particular day. So if they can be
printed we can just take them out the back of the shop with us at lunchtime
or take them home to browse through. Our old system (which was old, but we
miss dearly) did this, so why wont RMS???!! dont want an x read though,
unless this shows the specific items receipt info (receipt number, item
codes, amount spend, payt method etc)
