installation error

I was trying install rms on my home computer. during the installation it
reported an >>error 1904.module
c:windowssystem32mschrt20.ocx failed to register. hresult-214720473.
contact your support personnel.<<<
at the end of installation it said it was successfully installed.
I then open rms admin and connected to master db then I try to connect thru
configuration and RUNTIME ERROR. 429 ACTIVEX COMPONENT CAN'T CREATE.

I uninstall and reinstall still the same problem
any ideas
