item supplier won't save rms ver. 1.3.1010

Hello, when I create a new item and add a supplier, after saving and going
back to the supplier listed under item properties it is blank. If I do it a
second time it saves. This never happened before. I have re-indexed and
checked database but still have this problem. Is there a query that will tell
me what is going on?

I am using rms ver. 1.3.1010

hi Raj,
I had similar problem and I think it is internal bug. try 1.3.1011 patch it
may solve your issue.

Thanks Akber. It seems a bit complicated to get a download link. Microsoft
hasn't made it clear how to get the 'account' to be able to download.

Its simple really, if you are the Maintenance plan.

Create a support request here http://tinyurl.com/3atu3y ask for the =
latest version and they email you within 24 hours, a download link and =
password. They will ask for a credit card number but you won't be =
charged if on the plan. I always give them a bogus one.
