When we tender a sale with Debit Card the Total Amount Due is replaced with
the last item rung up in the sale. We had this problem with ALL tenders
previously, but RMS-SO Service Pack 3 fixed that problem.
We recently changed pinpad devices from the Ingenico Touch 1000s to the
Verifone 1000SE. Some plugin software was required to use the Ingenico
device and was uninstalled when we switched to using the Verifones. No
plugin software was required to use the Verifones.
It seems like the Service Pack 3 fix has come-undone for debit cards.. Do I
just need to re-apply Service Pack 3 to all stations? Or is there a isolated
hotfix I could apply?
