problems in RMS

Help someone please, Upgraded QS2000 to RMS still working out bugs having
trouble printing out any type of reports-sales, tax, etc.-a report will print
out the Z & X but there is no info other than name, date . Did I not set up
something right, or is there something missing?
The second problem is on one of the registers the price is printed on 2
lines ex.
Sales 16.
98 again is this in the printer set up or what?
Finally, on the F4 receipt preview the #1 register show transactions for the
#2 register.
Can someone please help me out on these the person I bought the RMS from has
kinda left me out in the weather. Thanks again

I can't help with your problem, but sympthize with your situation. I
converted from QS2000, and my "partner" has hung me out to dry. (Wonder if
it's the same one?) We switched at the end of our rental season last fall,
with the promise of nice customized templates. Ready to open this weekend
and cannot print a contract. Haven't use RMS yet, and there are roadblocks
at every turn. I'm reading these posts at 5am cause I can't sleep. RMS and
my so called 'partner' have me pretty devastated right now. Good Luck to
