We recently had to install v1.3 after a computer crash, and being unable to
find the disk for 1.2 We've had the following problems:

Prices coming up incorrectly, with no explanation. ie: cans selling at .57
being priced at 60.00

SQL V 2005 crashing two or three times a day. We used V2000 with 1.2 with
no problems.

We are using XP Pro.

Is there fixes for this stuff that we can access without having to have the
very expensive tech in yet again?

Thanks. Petboy

Petboy,

Make sure that you are running RMS 1.3 refresh 1 which is compatible with
SQL 2005.

The first thing I would do would be to backup the RMS database, unistall
RMS, SQL, reinstall, and restore your database. Give that a try and see what
happens.

Compatibility is the question. Dont think 1.2 or 1.3 is Compatible with SQL
2K5 upgrade to 2.0 should be about $214.20 a lane depending on your origianl
licensing. Got questions drop me a line

petboy,
There is a serious known bug in build 1.3.1002 regarding the issues you are
describing. You need to upgrade asap at least to 1.3.1006. That's the build
we use and have no problems with it.
